Complete App Account Deletion
Users can delete their account inside the app via Burger Menu → Account Management → Delete Account, or request deletion by emailing appsupport@complete-coherence.com
Step-by-step Guide
If you want to do it through the app:
STEP 1: Open Complete App on your device.
STEP 2: Tap the burger menu (☰) in the top-right corner.
STEP 3: Choose Account Management from the menu.
STEP 4: Tap Delete Account.
STEP 5: Read the on-screen information about what will be removed.
STEP 6: Tap Confirm Delete (or Permanently Delete Account) to complete the action.
You will be logged out immediately and your account will be removed from the device.
If you prefer us to delete your account for you:
STEP 1: Email us at appsupport@complete-coherence.com with the subject line ‘Account deletion request - your registered email’ and include:
- STEP 2: The email address associated with the account (required)
- STEP 3: A short confirmation that you want the account permanently deleted
