Bevan Rees

Bevan spent the first part of his professional career designing and managing an integrated self-development platform for a large life insurer, before a major life event led him to commit fully to supporting a meaning-driven evolution of business leadership.

In the time since, he has maintained a serious research and practice focus on leadership psychology and vertical development, working alongside senior academics and practitioners at the frontier of the field.

Bevan coaches and facilitates developmental experiences for corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, and their teams, partnering with them at the moments that matter most to deliver personal and collective transformation.

Bevan has coached C-suite and senior executive leaders across multiple industries and geographies, including pharmaceuticals, FMCG, professional services, manufacturing, insurance, transport and logistics. In South Africa, he led tailored cultural transformation programmes within major public sector organisations, navigating the unique complexity of institutional leadership through periods of significant political and structural change.

Beyond one-to-one and team coaching, he has convened and hosted senior leadership development forums bringing together academics, practitioners, and industry leaders, and created Executive Learning Rewired, a podcast series for corporate HR and L&D leaders.
Bevan's coaching style is defined by sincerity, intellectual directness, and presence. He creates conditions where clients feel safe to explore difficult territory, while being gently challenged to own their developmental journey.

Bevan is an ICF-accredited coach and is certified as an Integral Professional Coach through Integral Coaching Canada.

He is trained in Time to Think facilitation and has completed multiple programmes in integral theory and development. He holds a commerce degree in Law and Economics.
