Biography
Passionate about the connection between people, Clare is an innovative leadership specialist, designer, coach and facilitator with over 20 years of experience in learning and development solutions for leaders and their teams in global business.
Clare brings a wealth of commercial experience in understanding how the people in an organisation are their greatest asset, and their positive development is the greatest contributor to the organisation’s success.
I’m passionate about creating trusted learning spaces where people have break-through development moments. Whether that’s in a one to one, in a training room of senior leaders, or to a large audience form across an organisation. By connecting the development of our own inner experiences and potential, to successful outcomes with our interactions with others and the wider team, organisation or world. I live for those breakthrough moments, and love what I do.

Including financial services, pharmaceutical, technology retail, manufacture, professional services, pharmaceuticals, Aviation, logistics entrepreneurial start up, and the public sector.

Clare completed a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in European Policy (German) graduating in 1995 with a firm grounding in the interconnectedness of global business and enterprise, and the ecopolitical and legal environments they operate in. After a placement year there, she moved back to Germany after gaining her BA to live and work, and onwards to work in Australia, via the US.
In 1998 she returned to the UK to continue her career in London. She has a learning consulting background, is a TAP accredited content designer, Insights Discovery Accredited Practitioner, Genos EI Accredited Practitioner and Lumina Spark Accredited Practitioner , with further experience in High Performing teams, Lencioni’s Trust Based Leadership, Leadership Effectiveness, Effective Communication, Team Effectiveness, Sales effectiveness and specialises in authentic leadership coaching and development.
She is also a qualified yacht skipper and has over 30,000 miles of international yacht racing experience.
