Petra is an international specialist for Leadership, Human Performance and Organisational Development. She combines 20 years of hands-on corporate business experience and highly effective tools and methods of various disciplines such as (leadership) development, sociology and psychology. Petra’s divers career includes work science, sales & marketing, consulting, strategic HR and leadership. Her personal leadership experience included 1000 staff and 30m revenue.

In 2009 Petra elevated her career by becoming a qualified Corporate & Executive Coach. She is since following her passion for the people factor in business by developing leaders at all levels worldwide. As an inspirational and powerful coach, she is dedicated to developing outstanding individuals and organisations for demanding work environments.
