Senior Practitioner Coaching for Development | Peter Dawson

Peter started his professional life in London as a Chartered Surveyor, specialising in commercial real estate investment and development. He quickly rose to the C-suite, eventually becoming the CEO of a FTSE 250 property company in his late 30s.

Appointed CEO in the midst of the global financial crisis, Peter is very experienced at having to manage challenging business environments.

Building on his commercial experience and drawn by his passion for people development and helping others overcome their challenges, Peter focused on becoming a professional coach in 2012.

Peter has worked with hundreds of executive professionals and used his approach to significantly increase leader’s and team’s vertical development.

Before this, Peter worked in the commercial world as a senior executive. He has over 20 years of business leadership experience and has served on the boards of private and publicly listed companies and not-for-profit companies.
Peter will listen deeply and guide you in a calm and non-judgemental environment. He will challenge and probe about where you are, how you feel and where you want to be. He will build a picture of your sense of self and identify the obstacles that may be consciously or subconsciously holding you back in the pursuit of your ambitions.

He will compassionately help you focus on practices to change the way you show up and the results and feedback you get. Peter now lives on the North Devon coast with his wife and enjoys enlivening his mind body and spirit through practices in the ocean, coast and countryside.
Peter is a qualified coach, trained by Integral Coaching Canada in their Integral Coaching method. Ken Wilber has described this to be “the most complete and the most comprehensive coaching program available.” Peter is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is also a Chartered Surveyor and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
