“I believe our potential is limitless if we are brave enough to explore what we’re truly capable of, individually and together.
After graduating in languages, Alex started her career in national newspapers. Within two years, feeling the lure of wider horizons, she headed to INSEAD for her MBA, and from there built a career in marketing, strategy and innovation which took her round the world and across industries from consulting to media to banking. In a dramatic mid-career pivot, Alex left industry for the UK Government’s Cabinet Office to lead a cross-government transformation programme, later joining a global consultancy to lead projects for government clients across Whitehall and beyond.
Today she combines coaching and consulting to work with ambitious organisations and people who want to make a positive impact in the world. Trained in the behavioural sciences, neuroscience of change, and positive psychology alongside coaching, she brings all of this to her work in service of her clients.
