Claire is a transformational coach who combines her experience and expertise in C-suite roles with an elite athlete background. She has held several executive positions including Chief Operating Officer at UNICEF UK and Chief People Officer at Save the Children International. Prior to this she spent over ten years at Unilever in global and national HR Director roles as part of the leadership team for different businesses leading people and organisation strategy and delivery. In her sports career Claire competed for Great Britain for several years as a white-water slalom canoeist.
