Biography //

I started my career as a class teacher, swiftly moving to a senior leadership position. I have been  headteacher of 6  schools across   different local authorities and am currently Deputy CEO for a large Multi Academy Trust with  3500 employees and 24000 children.  Along the way I have worked with OFSTED, The Department for Education and national charities. I have always worked   in schools in challenging contexts and in  leading rapid, sustained school improvement. I now specialise in  leadership development.  I am committed to developing personal leadership qualities in others and have enjoyed seeing the impact of this  on the outcomes of children. 

Track record //

I deliver Complete packages to Educational Trust Boards,  Multi Academy Trust teams, school leadership teams and educationally based corporate teams. I also coach others based on their Complete Values Profile.   As part of the Complete  team I  have been able to offer bespoke  training to groups of leaders with differing needs.
