Ralph started his career at Selfridges helping the business to adopt new technology so that it could better manage the one million products they sold.
That lead to a career as a change consultant and in 2002 Ralph founded a Change Management Consultancy helping clients such as Tesco, Universal Music, Burberry and Vodafone transform their supply chains and their customer experience.
Ralph leads a portfolio of digital products that enable leadership development, change and transformation at scale, through Complete’s web, mobile and assessment technology to empower people in their own development.

Ralph completed studies in Retail Business Management at the University of Cape Town and has continuously developed in the areas of digital transformation, organisation design, and operating model development.
