Measure your physiology, not your perception.
Genuine emotional intelligence is grounded in physiology, not self-perception. Our emotions are energy in motion and without understanding the physiological basis, EQ assessments only scratch the surface. Complete's ESQ Assessment covers all 12 levels, from physiological awareness through to social impact and relationship sustainability.

The path to high performance.
The market is saturated with emotional intelligence assessments. Most of them share the same fundamental limitation: they measure self-reported emotional preferences, not actual emotional capability. They ask how you think you handle emotions and accept your answer as data.
THE HIDDEN COST
- Self-report contamination
- Incomplete constructs
- No physiological grounding
- Assessment without development
A sophisticated emotional tool
Complete's Emotional and Social Intelligence questionnaire assesses 12 levels of ESQ, from the most fundamental (physiological awareness of emotional states) through to the most sophisticated (social impact awareness and the ability to sustain long-term positive relationships under pressure).
The 12 levels span four domains: Emotional Awareness (levels 1–3), Emotional Literacy (levels 4–6), Emotional Self-Regulation (levels 7–9), and Social Impact (levels 10–12).
Progress through the levels is developmental, and each level builds on the previous, and each has specific practices associated with it in the Complete App.
The assessment draws on a review of 200+ questionnaires, 2,400 questions across 800 constructs, and more than 650 academic papers, making it the most comprehensively researched emotional intelligence assessment available.
