Helga has a background in business, leadership and marketing both in big organisations and smaller startups. She was a Marketing manager for the biggest telecommunication company in Iceland and prior to that she was a CEO for an event and music production company. She also has experience as a consultant and Project manager. Her constant love of learning keeps bringing her to new places and challenges and she decided to study Positive Psychology and that led her to study Executive coaching where her main focus is today.

Helga has worked with leaders and executive teams and supported them to unlock their true potential and make transformative changes to their lives. She also uses tools from Positive Psychology to help people thrive and has a passion for supporting women to develop as leaders.
Helga is energetic and passionate. She creates a safe and supportive environment where she helps people unlock their potential and maximize their performance. She challenges people to identify obstacles that might be holding them back and has a passion for supporting people to thrive in all aspects of life.
Helga has a BSc in Business Administration from Reykjavik University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Positive Psychology from the Univeristy of Iceland. She studied Executive Coaching at Coach U which is an officially accredited program with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has also studied the responsibilities of board members at Reykjavik University.
