Biography

Ralph started his career at Selfridges helping the business to adopt new technology so that it could better manage the one million products they sold. That led to a career as a change consultant and in 2002 Ralph founded a Change Management Consultancy helping clients such as Tesco, Universal Music, Burberry and Vodafone transform their supply chains and their customer experience. Ralph leads a portfolio of digital products that enable leadership development, change and transformation at scale, through Complete’s web, mobile and assessment technology to empower people in their own development.
